The PCash app is available 24/7, readily available anywhere and anytime you need it!
Only a smartphone, one (1) valid ID, a good credit record and selfies are all you need. No additional requirements and/or collateral are needed. Just download the PCash app, complete the registration and apply.
For new PCash Partners, please follow the instruction below:
1. Download the PCash app on Google Playstore or Apple Appstore.

2. Complete the registration. Provide all the information needed and prepare a one (1) valid ID. For the complete accepted ID list, please check it here What IDs do you accept?
3. Apply for a loan. Choose your desired loan amount, duration, and your preferred withdrawal channel.
4. Claim your money and use it responsibly!
Please be informed to pay on time to avail higher amounts with longer terms in your next loan.
Reminder: All loan applications can only be done through the PCash App. PCash will not be liable for any transaction conducted outside the app.
For current or returning PCash Partners:
Once you have settled your previous loan, you may reapply for another loan immediately. However, we cannot guarantee how much you will be offered after repaying your loan as it is based on your current credit record. Keep in mind that early or on-time payments may help you to be approved for a higher loan limit.

Unfortunately, secondary IDs are not accepted when applying for a loan with PCash.
PCash provides most loan decisions in at least a few hours. A separate SMS with the Contract Number/Reference number will be sent to you once your loan is ready and available for pickup. Please note that service charges will be deducted from your loan. You may also view this information on your PCash app.
The first loan amounts range from ₱1,000.00 to ₱5,000.00 and can grow up to P₱50,000.00 if you pay on time regularly.
Regularly loan with PCash and maintain a good credit record to avail of higher amounts with longer duration and lower fees. This also comes with PCash symbols that equate to your level, visible in-app!
Loan decisions are based on PCash’s credit and underwriting models that take into account many factors, including your loan application information and identity verification points. We advise that you keep a good credit standing by paying on time and you may be able to qualify for a higher loan in the future.
You may choose to receive the fund from Padala/Remittance Centers(RD Pawhshop or M Lhuillier), directly from your bank account, or through e-Wallets (Gcash, Coins.ph, Paymaya, or ECPay).
For Padala/Remittance Centers channel:
An SMS with the Contract number/Reference number will be sent to you once your loan is ready and available for pickup. Just present a valid signature upon claiming your loan.
Please also note that the service charge will be deducted from your loan.
For Bank/e-Wallets Channel:
Your loan will be automatically transferred to your account once it is ready.
You can view all the information about your loan in PCash App.
If Payment Failed shows in your loan status, it means there are errors occurred in sending your loan to your preferred disbursement channel.
If this occurs, kindly reach us through our Customer Service (info@pcash.ph) in the PCash app or through our Facebook page for withdrawal account verification, correction, or change of withdrawal channel.
Reminder: A series of questions will be asked to ensure the authenticity of the user as the legal owner of the account.
Once your loan has been disbursed, we are no longer be able to change the withdrawal channel. However, if you received the Payment Failed status, you may contact us so we can accommodate your concern.
If you want to change your withdrawal channel for your future application, kindly contact us through Customer Support in the PCash app, Facebook page, or send an email to info@pcash.ph.
You can repay your loan at all 7-Eleven, M Lhuillier, RD Pawnshop branches, ECPay, TrueMoney, Paymaya, or GCash. Take note of your Repayment Contract Number on your PCash app. You will also receive these details via SMS on your due date.
If you did not receive this information, please message us through our Customer Service in PCash App or through our social media accounts.
PAYING THRU 7-ELEVEN (via Cliqq App or Kiosk) or GCash
1. Click Bills Payment.
2. Choose FastPay.
3. Put the Repayment CONTRACT Number and your Mobile number.
4. Put the exact amount for repayment.

Currently, PCash does not have in-app installment payments yet. However, you may coordinate with your assigned collector if you wish to pay in installments.
There will be a daily penalty charge on top of your existing loan balance if you do not pay your loan on or before your due date. To avoid having overdue penalties, kindly settle your payment as soon as possible. If you have difficulties repaying your loan, coordinate with your collector immediately so PCash can help you.
REMINDER: 7-Eleven, M Lhuillier, RD Pawnshop, ECPay, TrueMoney, Paymaya or GCash are PCash’s only authorized payment methods. We wish to remind our customers that payments NOT Made through these channels will NOT be processed.
If your balance is left unpaid, you will be endorsed to one of our debt collections partners who will contact you to make payment arrangements. Failing to settle your balance after multiple notices may affect your credit standing with PCash Philippines and may also affect your credit score. PCash reports to the Credit Information Corporation (CIC) regularly.
Our goal is for your payment to be reflected in your account immediately. On rare occasions, there is a delay and we aim to resolve it as soon as possible.
Any time you make a payment, please give us 24 hours to apply the payment to your account before contacting us. Sometimes there is a delay in reporting your payment to us from the center you paid at.
If you still do not see your payment reflected on your PCash app after 24 hours, kindly contact us with the following information:
