Accounting Assistant
Responsibilities
  • Assist Accountants and other financial professionals with creating, editing, and encoding financial documents.
  • Comply with all the rules and regulations implemented by the Bureau of Internal Revenue on a timely basis.
  • Compliance with Other BIR requirements - Annual Books registration, Semestral List of Suppliers, Inventory List, Others
  • Other BIR filing and remittances - Annual Registration, Authority to Print, Others
  • Monitoring of all BIR deadlines, remittances; Custody and completeness of BIR documents
  • Provide assistance and support to company personnel
  • Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
  • Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
  • Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
