Technical Writer/Business Analyst
Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Extract and analyze business requirements from the product owners.
  • Document business requirements and create tickets to JIRA.
  • Manage change requirements.
  • Create and document flowcharts, sequence diagrams, and any other visual diagrams to support business requirements.
  • Create manual documentation of every system.
  • Support and help the development team to finish the tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • Has good communication skills and English proficiency.
  • Knowledgeable in project management.
  • Knowledgeable in software development life cycle scrum.
  • Excellent proactive problem solver, strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements.
  • Ability to understand and create business processes, workflow diagrams, or procedural documentation.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving and investigative skills.
